Medacs Healthcare is recruiting for a PIP Functional Assessor / Disability Assessor. The role is hybrid, combining home working with assessments at centres.

You will assess PIP needs, analyse clinical information and write detailed reports, supported by structured training and ongoing clinical supervision. Open to Nurses, Paramedics, Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists with active NMC/HCPC registration and at least 1 year of UK clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) or HCPC‑registered professional.
• Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Face and telephone PIP assessments professionally and empathetically.
• Analyse medical evidence and clinical information.
• Produce accurate, detailed, evidence‑based written reports.
• Work to defined quality standards and clinical frameworks.
• Engage with feedback and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues.
• Attend the assessment centre as required.
