Job summary

Donard Recruitment Ltd is actively recruiting for a Functional Specialist in a hybrid role across nursing, PT, OT and Paramedics. The post focuses on unbiased assessments for PIP, with a competitive starting salary and a strong benefits package in a multinational setting.

You will manage end-to-end caseloads, perform in-person, virtual and telephone assessments, and deliver comprehensive reports, while maintaining compassionate, compliant practice. 1+ year PQE preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse or allied health professional with current registration.
• Post-qualification clinical experience in a relevant field (1+ years).
• Strong IT literacy and ability to use case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face, virtual and telephone assessments end to end.
• Manage caseloads with autonomy and meet quality standards.
• Produce paper-based reports (PBR) and review evidence as required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
