Job summary

KFM is recruiting a Pharmacy Performance & Governance Officer to support governance, performance management, and continuous improvement of the Outpatient Pharmacy Service in London. You will coordinate governance processes, monitor KPIs, and prepare management information to help drive quality and efficiency.

Working with the Outpatient Pharmacy Management Team, you will deliver reports, dashboards, and documents for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and robust governance

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting governance, performance management, business support, or operational coordination functions.
• Experience producing reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance information.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing actions.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance, performance, and project management processes across the Outpatient Pharmacy service.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, contractual requirements, and operational performance measures.
• Produce and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Coordinate governance meetings, forums, and working groups, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Maintain governance records, risk registers, action logs, and decision logs.
• Support audits, reviews, and assurance activities.
• Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support service developments, business improvement programmes, and operational change initiatives.
• Produce reports, presentations, briefing papers, and governance documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Pharmacy Senior Management Team.
