Job summary

Cycle Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated professional for a full-time Technical Operations role in Cambridge. The position operates on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days in the office, contributing to product lifecycle management and vendor collaboration.

You will work within the Operations and Regulatory department to drive high-quality execution, learn and grow, and apply your technical knowledge to benefit patients and the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science/engineering field relevant to pharma.
• Practical pharma manufacturing experience across API or dosage forms.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines and quality systems.
• Able to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support technical activities for commercial API and drug product manufacturing across the CMO network.
• Develop strong relationships with third-party vendors.
• Contribute to manufacturing improvement projects to meet timelines, costs, and milestones.
• Provide coverage for the Technical Team duringAbsences.
• Collaborate on project planning and cost-robustness initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant guidance, including US-FDA focus.
• Execute tasks following SOPs and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to data trending, risk assessments, deviations, and change controls.
• Participate in projects and meetings to share knowledge and ideas.
