Job summary

Cycle Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge is seeking an Associate Director of Supply Chain to lead our global supply chain function on a hybrid basis with at least 3 days in the office. You will shape strategy and drive execution across contract manufacturers, logistics providers and external partners to ensure reliable, compliant product supply.

You will own the end-to-end supply chain, lead S&OP, manage critical partnerships, and develop the team as our growth continues.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain or life sciences, with pharma experience preferred.
• Significant pharma/biotech supply chain leadership experience.
• Collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of GDP, DSCSA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with commercial priorities and launches.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain including demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
• Oversee S&OP processes and risk mitigation of supply chain.
• Manage external partnerships with contract manufacturers and logistics providers.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Own the annual supply chain budget and regulatory compliance.
