Adele Carr Recruitment Limited is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees in a hybrid role based in Lathom, near Ormskirk.

You will process starters, leavers, pay changes and RTI using SAP, deliver accurate payroll and respond to employee queries. The position offers flexible start times, three days in the office and two at home.

Qualifications

• Experience running payroll within an in-house payroll function and managing the full payroll cycle.
• Ability to process starters, leavers, pay changes and RTI reporting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end monthly payroll for allocated employees.
• Process starters, leavers, transfers, pay changes and maternity leave using SAP.
• Complete payroll checks, reconciliation and payroll close.
• Prepare and verify BACS extracts and RTI reporting.
• Answer employee pay queries and liaise with HMRC as required.
• Supply payroll reports to Finance and other internal teams.
