Job summary

SF Partners in Oldbury, West Midlands, is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a permanent role. You will run the monthly payroll from start to finish for up to 500 employees, handling time-sheets, starters, leavers and a range of pay elements.

The ideal candidate has proven experience with computerised payroll software, strong Excel skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Hybrid working may be considered after probation, with a pleasant environment and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll for up to 500 employees.
• Proficient with computerised payroll software and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input time-sheets for payroll processing.
• Process starters and leavers.
• Calculate and administer holiday pay.
• Handle sick pay, maternity and paternity pay.
• Resolve payroll queries promptly and accurately.
