The successful candidate will have proven payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. SAP experience is desirable and full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly changes to pay-related data using SAP.
• Complete payroll and HR transactions (new starters, leavers, transfers, maternity leave).
• Close and check payroll using payroll reports.
• Perform full payroll element reconciliations.
• Carry out the BACS process and verify payroll extracts.
• Complete RTI reporting.
• Provide payroll information and reports to Finance and Pensions.
• Liaise with HMRC as appropriate.
• Manage payrolling of benefits.
• Respond to payroll and HR queries from employees.
• Process updates to personal information (addresses).
• Produce ad hoc management reports.
• Follow SOPs and identify process improvements.
