Job summary

Zego, a UK-based commercial motor insurer, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customers by phone, email, and LiveChat. This is a part-time role with the potential for overtime when available, designed to balance customer care with personal flexibility.

You will split time between home and our Halifax office, delivering professional, empathetic service, building product knowledge, and logging customer details in our systems to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
