Job summary

Zego is a commercial motor insurer based in the UK. We’re seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customers via phone, email and LiveChat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll work in a vibrant team with a focus on delivering excellent service and contributing to the company’s growth.

You’ll handle inquiries, build product knowledge, and maintain professionalism at all times. The role includes a mix of phone support, email responses and live chat, with remote work

Qualifications

• Experience in a high performing target-driven customer service environment.
• Customer experience focus with the ability to advocate for customers.
• Active listening and rapport-building skills.
• Strong time-management and prioritisation abilities.
• Familiarity with handling inquiries by phone, email and live chat.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, handling Sales & Support enquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support over the phone
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and build trust
• Respond promptly to inquiries by email and live chat
• Build knowledge of products to answer questions
• Input customer information into in-house system
