Job summary

LJ Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established parking solutions company for a Business Development Manager to drive new business in the Milton Keynes area. The role is hybrid, with monthly office attendance and a £40,000 base salary plus commission per contract signed.

The successful candidate will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract signing, while delivering weekly reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' business development experience in the parking industry.
• Essential experience in Car Parking Management & Enforcement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract signing.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Negotiating and closing new contracts.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals.
• Provide weekly reports on business development activity, pipeline and progress.
