Job summary

Propelis Group's SGX division is seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic packaging and brand delivery team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead packaging projects from concept to launch, coordinating across design, artwork, production and suppliers in a client-facing role.

You will manage timelines, build strong relationships, and ensure high standards while collaborating with commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organization and project coordination abilities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in packaging, FMCG, retail, branding or print advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for your category and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate design, artwork, production, and supplier teams from briefing to delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage projects within agreed critical paths and quality standards.
