Job summary

Propelis, via SGX, seeks an Account Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of packaging programmes for one of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands. You’ll manage complex workflows, ensure flawless execution across thousands of SKUs, and keep projects moving with precision, pace and control.

This role focuses on organisation, coordination and delivery excellence, acting as the operational heartbeat of major packaging programmes—ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment and artwork

Qualifications

• Strong experience in packaging project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows at scale.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping projects on track.
• Understanding of artwork processes, packaging guidelines and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle for packaging projects across multiple categories.
• Coordinate timelines, workflows and approvals across internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure artwork accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand and technical guidelines.
• Oversee status tracking, risk management and issue resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with Marketing, Commercial, Technical and Production teams.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
• Support seasonal, tier-wide and high-volume packaging rollouts.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and delivery performance.
