Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Project Manager to join the packaging and brand delivery team, supporting a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll act as the key day-to-day contact for your category, coordinating across design, artwork, production and supplier teams from briefing through to final delivery.

You will work in a hybrid setup with base in Paddington, driving projects from concept to launch and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver high-profile packaging

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management or similar environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for your category, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to critical paths.
• Coordinate across design, artwork, production and supplier teams from briefing to final delivery.
