Job summary

Propelis Group's SGX division is seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic packaging and brand delivery team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead packaging projects from concept to launch, coordinating across design, artwork, production and suppliers in a client-facing role.

You will manage timelines, build strong relationships, and ensure high standards while collaborating with commercial stakeholders.

The Role

You'll act as the key day-to-day contact for your category, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within agreed critical paths, and to the highest standards.

You’ll coordinate stakeholders across design, artwork, production, and supplier teams, managing the process from initial briefing through to final delivery while building strong and trusted relationships along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, Creative Production, Packaging, or a similar environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within packaging, FMCG, retail, branding, or print is advantageous but not essential.

Packaging experience is beneficial, but we're equally interested in individuals with strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage relationships and deliver complex projects.
