Job summary

Propelis is seeking an On-site Project Manager to coordinate packaging/ e-commerce development projects for a leading global client. The role is hybrid, working with Design-2-Print and Marketing teams across Western Europe and ensuring daily production coordination.

You will manage artwork production, timelines, and quality, while guiding packaging range development, brand guidelines, and team training. English proficiency required, autonomous work style expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in design, print and production industry.
• Strong technical skills in the graphic chain, packaging, artwork and reprography.
• Experience with printing processes (offset, dry offset, flexo, rotogravure).
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork production between our team and clients.
• Follow up production, deadlines, and ensure on-time, on-quality delivery.
• Develop and execute packaging ranges; drive continuous improvement of artwork processes.
• Provide training and support to new team members involved in artwork processes.
• Maintain brand guideline integrity and provide clear visibility on timing and roadmap to client and production teams.
