Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Project Manager to join the packaging and brand delivery team, supporting a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll act as the key day-to-day contact for your category, coordinating across design, artwork, production and supplier teams from briefing through to final delivery.

You will work in a hybrid setup with base in Paddington, driving projects from concept to launch and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver high-profile packaging

Qualifications

The Role

You’ll act as the key day-to-day contact for your category, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within agreed critical paths, and to the highest standards.

You’ll coordinate stakeholders across design, artwork, production, and supplier teams, managing the process from initial briefing through to final delivery while building strong and trusted relationships along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, Creative Production, Packaging, or a similar environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within packaging, FMCG, retail, branding, or print is advantageous but not essential.

Packaging experience is beneficial, but we’re equally interested in individuals with strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage relationships and deliver complex projects.
