POLY POSTAL PACKAGING LIMITED, based in Lincoln, is seeking a proven Business Development Manager to lead growth across UK accounts. The role combines field and hybrid work from our Lincoln HQ, with a base salary and uncapped commission in a packaging-focused sales environment.

You’ll manage industrial and commercial accounts, pitch a broad range of packaging solutions, and build long-term procurement relationships to maximise value. The role offers a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving new business growth in packaging or related industries.
• Solid understanding of polythene bags, mailers, boxes, and sustainable packaging trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across industrial, commercial, manufacturing, distribution and 3PL sectors.
• Pitch full packaging portfolio including custom flexible packaging, mailers, cartons and sustainability options.
• Leverage industry contacts to secure long-term, high-volume supply contracts.
• Build strategic relationships with procurement, warehouse and fulfilment teams to maximize account value.
