Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks an Operations Support Manager to develop and support partner fulfillment centers, overseeing onboarding, training, and equipment setup within ShipBob’s dashboard and services.

You will build solid 3PL partnerships, drive CI and efficiency initiatives, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and coordinate with internal teams and merchants. The role is on-site with hybrid flexibility, based out of Kettering.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in operations, e-commerce fulfillment or similar.
• Ability to work on-site up to 90% with travel between locations.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support 3PL onboarding and training to ShipBob metrics.
• Drive timely inbound/outbound fulfillment operations and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and merchants to ensure service levels.
• Maintain accurate status updates and weekly reporting.
