Job summary

Volvo Trucks is seeking an Operations Coordinator to be at the heart of our customer support network in the UK. You will own breakdowns, manage repairs, and communicate with customers, dealerships, and colleagues to ensure fast, professional resolutions.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will work with a large team across the UK and Europe, with full training provided on Volvo systems and processes. This role offers hybrid working, with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to handle fast-paced environments.
• Experience in retail or customer service-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of breakdown cases across the UK from start to resolution.
• Take calls from customers, dealerships and colleagues with clear, timely updates.
• Collaborate with dealer network and UK teams to ensure seamless service.
• Apply problem-solving to unexpected challenges to achieve best outcomes.
• Use Volvo systems to track and resolve cases efficiently.
