Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is recruiting for a hybrid role based in the UK, supporting our Vehicle Solutions team. You will monitor downtime, chase garages and ensure timely repairs to keep fleets on the road. The role is Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours, with 50% office presence in Trowbridge and no weekends.

You will review jobs in the 1link system, authorise repairs within limits, and keep customers updated while maintaining accurate systems. A City & Guilds/NVQ in a relevant trade is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong HGV mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
• City & Guilds or NVQ in a relevant trade.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and authorise jobs through 1link system and approve repairs.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and arrange driver services.
• Minimise fleet downtime by contacting garages and tracking progress.
• Update systems accurately and respond promptly to queries.
