Job summary

Smart DCC Ltd in Manchester is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Service Enablement Team within Core Operations. You will support the migration and cutover of smart devices and gateway connections onto the DCC network, working across operational support, incident management, data analysis and continuous improvement.

This 12‑month FTC offers broad stakeholder engagement with customers and suppliers and a chance to develop technical operational experience while delivering critical services

Qualifications

• Operational, incident or service management experience in a technical/regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience managing stakeholders, suppliers and customers.
• Understanding of project delivery, continuous improvement and problem solving; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and decision-making skills; able to prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across projects, incidents and service activities.
• Conduct technical investigations, incident triage and remediation.
• Analyse operational data and support forecasting and planning.
• Own continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery of objectives.
