SER Limited is recruiting experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to install, maintain, and investigate smart meters across domestic properties. This field-based role offers a clear pay potential and no weekend work, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Dual Fuel Smart Metering experience.
• CCN1/CMA1 and MET1, or equivalent qualifications.
• MOCOPA or recognised Smart Metering qualification.
• EUSR registration, including three-phase experience.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Comfortable using handheld IT devices to complete and record jobs.
• Willingness to pass a DBS check.
• A professional approach to customer service, health & safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Installing single-phase and three-phase SMETS2 meters within domestic properties.
• Carrying out warrants and in-day emergency work.
• Undertaking ongoing maintenance, investigations and fault finding.
• Completing all work safely, accurately and in accordance with industry standards.
• Providing excellent customer service at every appointment.
• Completing job records using handheld IT devices.
• Working in line with company health & safety procedures.
