Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist in the UK. You will identify critical services, document dependencies, and strengthen recovery objectives across business, technology, risk, compliance, and third‑party risk management.

You will analyze resilience gaps, coordinate exercises, track actions, and produce management reports for regulators and governance committees, while supporting a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with regulatory resilience requirements across jurisdictions.
• Experience building and delivering resilience and risk management programs.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to document dependencies and recovery objectives.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve the firm's operational resilience program and documentation.
• Identify critical business services and keep inventories current.
• Define disruption tolerance and recovery objectives for key services.
• Document required employees, processes, tech, data, facilities, and providers.
• Assess weaknesses, single points of failure, and dependencies.
• Track actions and report resilience gaps and risks.
• Plan and coordinate resilience exercises and record lessons.
• Prepare resilience metrics and management reports for governance.
