Job summary

Tria in Milton Keynes is seeking an Operational Resilience Analyst to join the Information Security function. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, and a salary of £45,000–£52,000 plus a 6% bonus, private health care, and onsite parking.

You will help embed resilience frameworks, conduct BIAs, map dependencies and support incident resilience across Technology, Risk and Security teams in a regulated insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a PRA and/or FCA regulated environment.
• Strong Operational Resilience and Business Continuity experience.
• Exposure to scenario testing, resilience exercises and impact assessments.
• Knowledge of BIA, dependency mapping and impact tolerances.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, technology services and cloud environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in 1st Line Operational Resilience, BC or Risk Function, or 2LOD with resilience delivery/testing.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking, Building Society, FinTech or Financial Services.

• Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and identify Important Business Services (IBS).
• Map critical business processes, technology dependencies and third-party relationships.
• Facilitate operational resilience scenario testing and resilience exercises.
• Support business continuity planning and resilience improvement initiatives.
• Identify resilience gaps and support remediation activities.
• Assist with third-party risk management and exit planning activities.
• Work with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Security and the wider business to improve resilience capabilities.
• Support compliance with FCA and PRA operational resilience requirements.

Our client is a leading insurance organisation investing heavily in technology, cyber security and operational resilience as part of a wider transformation programme.

Following significant investment in cloud, data and security capabilities, they are looking to appoint an Operational Resilience Analyst to join a growing team within the Information Security function.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in enhancing resilience across the business, ensuring critical services can continue to operate during incidents, outages and disruptions.

Working closely with Technology, Risk and Security teams, you'll help embed resilience frameworks and support the organisation's regulatory obligations.
