AFH Wealth Management is seeking an Operational Resilience & Platform Relationship Manager to coordinate resilience across the business, working with Risk and platform providers, including Tier One vendors. The role will maintain a current resilience plan with clear ownership, controls and testing to support client outcomes.

You will lead scenario testing, monitor outcomes, and support annual resilience planning and reporting, while ensuring regulatory changes are incorporated and platform

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the FCA Operational Resilience framework and applying it across the business.
• Understanding of the UK platform market and regulatory context.
• Strong relationship-building with platforms, Advisers, and remote offices.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the Operational Resilience framework, governance, controls, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Risk.
• Maintain Operational Resilience documentation including important services, dependencies, recovery plans, and control ownership.
• Lead scenario testing, track outcomes, and support annual resilience planning and reporting.
• Assess regulatory changes and operational developments to keep resilience requirements effective and compliant.
• Manage relationships with third-party platform providers, including Tier One vendors, ensuring service delivery against SLAs.
