DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking an Events Coordinator to support planning and delivery of events at regional, national and international levels. You will work within the central marketing team, assisting across business sectors in a flexible resourcing environment.

The role reports to the Events Manager and requires office-based work with occasional work-from-home days depending on events. Strong organisational skills and experience with both live and online events are essential.

Competenze

Experience delivering successful face-to-face events.
Experience hosting and supporting virtual events (webinars).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with budgets or budget awareness.
Experience working with external suppliers is a plus.
Basic copywriting skills and ability to adapt style to different audiences.

Mansioni

Act as the on-site point of contact during live events, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and resolving issues.
Coordinate with catering, facilities, and external speakers to meet event requirements.
Support planning and delivery of digital webinars, hybrid, and in-person events; collate assets.
