Occupational Health Staffing Limited is seeking an Occupational Health Physician MFOM or FFOM for a fixed-term 12-month contract in Sheffield with homeworking options. The position requires a qualified physician with strong case management and health surveillance experience.

Your responsibilities will include medical advisory roles, conducting assessments and screenings, as well as managing complex medical cases. The salary is up to £177,000 pro rata along with additional benefits.

• Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Physician MFOM or FFOM.
• Strong occupational health case management and health surveillance experience.

Responsabilités

• Work as the Medical Advisor.
• Provide medical expertise to the clinical team.
• Act as the point of escalation for medical issues.
• Carry out medicals and assessments.
• Conduct pre-employment screening.
• Manage attendance and fitness for work.
• Handle ill-health retirement and complex medical assessments.
• Oversee clinical standards and governance.
