Qualifications

• A recognised Occupational Health qualification.
• Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
• Experience in health surveillance and case management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Autonomous working style with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conducting occupational health assessments and management referrals.
• Providing advice on fitness for work and workplace adjustments.
• Completing health surveillance and associated clinical assessments.
• Supporting pre-employment assessments.
• Providing guidance on absence management and return to work.
• Maintaining confidential clinical records.
• Collaborating with managers, HR and other healthcare professionals.
• Delivering a professional and customer-focused service.
• Working ~3 days onsite per week with remote work for remaining time.
