Job summary

Optima Health is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver confidential OH services for a key client. The role is hybrid, with two days onsite in Oldbury and remote case management on other days, supported by an AI Scribe to optimise documentation and patient care time.

The candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with Occupational Health experience, holding an essential OH qualification, HAVS experience, and current NMC registration.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with Occupational Health experience.
• Essential Occupational Health Nursing qualification.
• HAVS experience required.
• Current NMC Registration and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Health services to a key client, with two days onsite in Oldbury.
• Manage cases, HAVS assessments and health surveillance as part of the OH remit.
• Support with AI Scribe-enabled documentation to maximise patient care time.
• Occasionally travel to client sites for on-site assessments as required.
