iGo Recruitment is recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN and RNLD), Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists for permanent Functional Assessor roles in Slough. The position involves completing Work Capability Assessments and producing evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions, without hands-on treatment.

The role operates as a permanent hybrid arrangement between home and the Slough assessment centre, typically Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered health professional (RGN/RMN/RNLD, physiotherapist or occupational therapist).

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured Work Capability Assessment health assessments with individuals by phone, video, or in person at Slough. Gather information, apply clinical knowledge and produce clear, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.
