iGo Recruitment is seeking qualified healthcare professionals for permanent Functional Assessor roles in Milton Keynes. You will complete Work Capability Assessments, review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.

The role is known as Nurse/Disability/Functional Assessor. This is a hybrid position, based between home and the Milton Keynes assessment centre (MK9 3BN), with a standard 9am-5pm pattern.

Aufgaben

• Complete structured assessments and review medical evidence.
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.
• This is a report-writing role rather than a hands-on clinical treatment position.
• Assessments may take place by telephone, online video appointment or face-to-face at the Milton Keynes assessment centre.
• Gather accurate information through structured questioning, apply clinical knowledge and professional judgement.
• You will not provide treatment, make medical diagnoses, give medical advice or make the final decision on benefit entitlement.
