Job summary

iGo Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse Functional Assessor for Salisbury. The role involves completing WCA assessments, reviewing evidence, and writing concise, evidence-based reports for the DWP. It is a hybrid role with remote and on-site work, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

We welcome RGN, RMN, and RNLD candidates. Salary starts at £42,000 per year, with full-time roles and part-time applications considered. Training will be provided to prepare for assessments.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
• Experience in assessments or report writing is preferred.
• Full-time role; part-time applications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Work Capability Assessment (WCA) functional health assessments by telephone, video, or face-to-face.
• Review supporting evidence and produce clear, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.
• Operate in a hybrid Salisbury-based assessment centre with flexible working patterns.
