Job summary

Maximus is a global organisation delivering health and employment services in the UK. As a WCA Registered Nurse on a Hybrid basis in Wolverhampton, you will conduct assessments and provide case managers with advice related to complaints and PIP referrals.

You will receive tailored training, ongoing support, and the chance to work flexible full-time or part-time with hybrid arrangements. The position requires NMC registration and experience in adult or mental health care.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration.
• At least 1 year post-registration experience in adult or mental health.
• You MUST have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
• Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person's eligibility for benefits.
• Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills with the support of regular feedback and supervision.
