Maximus is seeking a WCA Registered Nurse to join our Hereford team in a hybrid role. You will perform clinical reviews and provide case managers with advice on complaints and enquiries related to PIP referrals, with a focus on supporting customers to move forward in life.

The role includes six weeks of tailored training, ongoing mentorship, and flexible working options (full‑time or part‑time) to support work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• At least 1 year of broad post‑registration adult or mental health experience.
• Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects daily life.
• Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports for DWP to determine eligibility for benefits.
• Develop clinical knowledge with regular feedback and supervision.
