Job summary

Assystem UK Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a capable Safety Case lead to coordinate technical delivery across design, manufacture, delivery and commissioning, ensuring timely lifecycle handover and effective escalation of issues.

You will manage engineering risk, interface with stakeholders, ensure compliance with EU directives, British Standards, and company procedures, and support security clearance requirements; hybrid UK-based roles offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical leadership in complex, regulated environments (nuclear preferred).
• Awareness of integrated management systems and policies/procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lifecycle handover points (design to commissioning) on time.
• Expedite review and acceptance by stakeholders; manage EQs, EW, open points and design changes.
• Engage appropriate approval bodies and ensure alignment with contract/RACI requirements.
