Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transport solutions design, supply chain engineering, or network optimisation.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Highly analytical with data, systems and technology to solve supply chain challenges.
• Hands-on experience with transport modelling or planning systems, ideally Coupa.
• Understanding of transport chain management and end-to-end logistics design for cost and service balance.
• Experience with network redesign projects and driving operational improvements.
• Knowledge of multimodal transport within an integrated supply chain.
• Thrives in fast-paced, international logistics environments with collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Designing and optimising inbound transport networks for cost-effective production site deliveries.
• Analysing large volumes of supply chain data to review network performance and support redesign initiatives.
• Managing transport solutions across a European network with thousands of deliveries and multiple locations.
• Using Coupa and planning tools to model, validate, and implement solutions.
• Leading multimodal transport design projects to improve service and reduce cost.
• Collaborating with customers, operations, procurement and planning teams on innovative solutions.
• Supporting the implementation of new planning technologies and tools for network optimisation.
