Job summary

Ideal candidates will have proven transport planning experience, strong analytical and IT skills, and the ability to operate under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport route planning across a multi-site network.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Confident IT user with Microsoft Office and Teams; experience with transport planning systems welcome.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient transport plans across multiple sites, routing daily volumes logically and cost-effectively.
• Manage a daily workload of customer orders and schedule deliveries to meet service requirements.
• Build understanding of customer profiles and network needs to optimise routes and resources.
• Collaborate with transport, warehouse, customer service teams, DHL customers and end delivery points.
• Drive KPI/SLA performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
