Job summary

Qualifications

• Enterprise network operations or infrastructure support experience.
• Knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience troubleshooting network incidents with monitoring and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and restore critical network services across global infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, connectivity, DNS, load balancing and network access issues.
• Execute approved operational changes, break-fix tasks and post-change validation.
• Support Major Incident, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Collaborate with Level 3 engineers, teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to service improvement.
