Job summary

Kerv Connected Cloud in London is seeking a Level-1 Triage Network & Security Engineer to join the Service Desk Operations team. You’ll be the first point of contact for incidents, triaging tickets related to network and security infrastructure, and coordinating with specialist teams to restore services.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the London office and occasional travel to Kerv sites. Ideal candidates are customer‑focused, proactive and motivated, with a hands‑on attitude to learning

Qualifications

Level-1 triage engineer role focusing on network and security.
Must be able to triage incidents and escalate to technical teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Triage incoming service tickets related to network and security infrastructure.
Provide first-line support for incidents and service requests.
Escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams according to SLAs.
Communicate professionally with customers and third-party providers.
Contribute to implementation plans for change requests.
Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
