Job summary

TSSI in the United Kingdom seeks a Contract Support Manager (Facilities Management) to lead hard and soft FM services across a portfolio of sites. You will drive service excellence, ensure contract compliance, and manage budgets and client relationships across a geographically dispersed patch.

The role requires leadership of mobile engineers and site staff, with hybrid work and travel across regions; NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications and CAFM reporting experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site FM contract management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and subcontractors.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of FM services across multiple sites, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage subcontractor performance and mobilise new sites.
• Maintain client relationships and report performance.
• Oversee health, safety, and statutory compliance.
• Support tendering and contract renewals.
