Job summary

UK Power Networks (Operations) Ltd in Crawley is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support MPAN management, guiding customers and electricity suppliers through the MPAN process in a regulated environment.

After probation, blended working is available: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The role involves assessing MPAN requests, liaising with customers and suppliers, issuing MPANs where appropriate, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure safe, compliant connections.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and a numerate subject required.
• Experience in customer service or similar environment.
• Awareness of confidentiality and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers and suppliers through MPAN process.
• Assess MPAN Import/Export requests and liaise with stakeholders.
• Create/issue MPANs where appropriate and record them correctly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify unsafe or illegal connections.
• Provide clear guidance and maintain strong customer relationships.
