Job summary

UK Power Networks is seeking a customer-focused Connection Coordinator to join our Connection Services team. You will own the end-to-end customer journey for new and altered electricity connections, delivering excellent service at every touchpoint.

You will manage enquiries, quotations, site visits, permits and work schedules, acting as the primary contact for customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time in a fast-paced environment.
