You will communicate with brokers, solicitors and customers, gathering information as needed. Training lasts up to six months before hybrid work patterns are implemented.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a customer-focused role and delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills including over the phone.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage applications accurately and ensure compliance with policies.
• Review documents (payslips, IDs) and verify mortgage calculations.
• Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors and customers to gather information.
