Job summary

You will identify conflicts, provide expert advice, document issues and lessons learned, and help maintain design integrity across teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification at level 4 (HNC) or higher.
• Registered EngTech or equivalent.
• Proven experience giving technical advice and delivering engineering outputs on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues impacting the programme
• Support Project Lead and Chief Engineers with technical expertise
• Collaborate across teams to detect and address design conflicts
• Participate in focused Tiger Team activities for rapid resolution
• Ensure clear documentation of issues and lessons learned
• Support risk mitigation strategies related to design and integration
• Maintain awareness of current engineering standards and best practices
