You will design mechanical services for commercial, residential, educational and health sectors, conduct surveys, prepare feasibility reports and specifications, and mentor graduate engineers while coordinating with the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum HND level in building services or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' UK building services design experience.
• Demonstrable UK building services background.

Responsibilities

• Design calculations using industry leading software.
• Preparing feasibility reports, design reports, specifications and contract administration.
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of standards and legislation.
• Attending site surveys and client meetings.
• Implementing technical standards and supporting business development with CDM compliance.
• Undertaking detailed site surveys and design reviews.
• Understanding mechanical and electrical disciplines in meetings.
• Mentoring graduate engineers and assisting project delivery.
