Leaders in Care are supporting a South Wales local authority in recruiting an experienced MASH/IAA Social Worker. You will screen and assess referrals, collaborate with police, health and education partners, and provide reflective supervision in a hybrid working environment.

The role requires 3+ years in MASH/front-door safeguarding, a social work qualification, and registration with Social Care Wales. An empowering, supportive team culture is offered with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• Qualified Social Worker (BA / MA / DipSW or equivalent).
• Registered (or willing to register) with Social Care Wales.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in MASH, duty, or front-door safeguarding work.
• Strong understanding of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.

Responsabilidades

• Work at the Front Door of Safeguarding – Screen and assess referrals under MASH/IAA.
• Collaborate with Health, Police and Education partners to support families.
• Engage in reflective supervision and manage complex cases.
• Prioritise quality decisions and safe, informed practice.
