Job summary

Reed is recruiting a Management Accountant for a hybrid/home-based role in Camberley. You will support the Group Finance team with monthly management accounts, reporting and strong financial control.

You should be finalist or newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with 3+ years in management or financial accounting, expert Excel and a collaborative approach. The role offers flexible hybrid working and exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified, finalist or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• At least 3 years' experience in Management / Financial Accounting
• Thorough month-end, reporting and balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel skills and a keen analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
• Manage month-end processes, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
• Analyse costs, margins and business performance
• Lead intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
• Assist with audits, statutory reporting and finance improvement projects
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Sales teams to provide valuable business insight
