2i Recruit Ltd is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to join a growing business in the United Kingdom. You will prepare monthly management accounts, deliver financial analysis, forecasts and budgeting, and work closely with senior leadership to support growth and improve performance.

The role offers hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office), study support where applicable and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified
• Experience producing management accounts
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management skills
• Experience supporting audits and statutory accounts
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Deliver financial analysis, forecasts, and business performance insights
• Support budgeting, financial modelling, and strategic planning
• Monitor cash flow and working capital performance
• Prepare VAT returns and support audits and statutory reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and controls
• Improve finance systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
• Support decision-making through meaningful financial reporting
