Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service stores across Fareham, Southampton and surrounding areas. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of systems, prioritising safety, quality and customer experience.

The role involves coordinating repairs, collaborating with teams, and using tablets to manage daily work. Ongoing training and career progression are offered within a respected UK retailer.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification.
• Full driving licence.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Strong communication and collaboration.
• Office 365 knowledge.
• Completed technical upskilling modules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs with external contractors.
• Support management to maintain equipment and facilities.
• Minimize customer disruption during maintenance.
• Use tablets/phones to view schedules and update progress.
• Maintain a safe and functioning Tesco site.
• Work with team to share best practices.
